Born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in the Washington D.C. area, Nicholas Syracuse attended selective photography classes at The Corcoran School of Art (Washington D.C.) and The Northwest Photographic Center (Seattle, WA).

Nicholas has exhibited at numerous galleries including: The Washington Center of Photography (Washington D.C.), SOHO Photo Gallery (New York), Barristers Folk and Tribal Arts Gallery (New Orleans) and also at The New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center.

Publication and client list includes: HarperCollins Publishers, USA Today, Phoenix Magazine, Orchises Press, Metal Blade Records, and RCA Records.

When not photographing throughout America, he spends his time between New Orleans and Washington D.C. Nicholas is currently seeking publication of his American Road collection, along with accompanying soundtrack.
